10 steps of Happy Evolution
The moment has come that you want to have different life. You want to improve something, feel more, live better and better understand the sense of everyday pursuit. If you wonder where to start and what the recipe for a better mood is, you are in the right place. I want to share with you a simple and cheap method that is effective. You won’t have to wait a long time to actually see the results.
I constantly develop myself as you can never say that you are a complete work of art. That would be very cheeky and would make you lazy. The key to open a new chapter in the book of your life is to depend on one’s inner voice. That is why, not everything that you will find here is your optimum. It may happen that in a few days you will come up with your own ten steps and you will encourage your friends to try them out.
My search began exactly 20 years ago. But only two years ago I was able to define certain steps but not their order, yet. Only last year, there was the moment of truth for me because I started to implement brave changes and thanks to them my organism is healthy, my body is younger, I lost 18 kilos (from 69 to 51) I sleep better and I have more energy. I feel as if I am constantly in love and I smile nonstop. I also became incredibly tolerant towards the people that had annoyed me earlier. Everyone can be on a different stage of their path – I managed to understand the basic and, I think, the obvious thing, you cannot judge other people. Never.
Are you chronically discouraged, feeling unsatisfied with what you do, finding yourself overweight, suffering from allergy or diabetes, your life seems pointless, and that no one can help you and you don’t know where to start? Then a good point to start is to give up watching adverts on TV, give up meeting discouraging friends, media hype and expensive cosmetic treatments. Your perfect look, great mood and everyday happiness are a tangible goal for the next dozen or so days.
Nothing happens by itself. You don’t get a parcel with a supply of good month for the next month.
Stop for a moment now. Depend just on yourself. Act according to the old saying “If you want a thing done well, do it yourself”. A slow evolution, a 10 step method and small modifications of old habits can lead to a spectacular change in you that will not stay unnoticed.
